Job Description
Based on forecast of vehicle with OEMs, we would setup the battery swapping stations at various
locations to fulfill the demand. The person in this role would play an important role in expanding the Battery Swapping Network of HEID in India. He would help identify strategic locations to set up the battery swapping stations in line with the business targets. Initial area of operation is in Bangalore, and we will be expanding to other major cities in India.
1. Network Development
Execute the company’s location identification strategy by selecting potential locations to set up battery swapping stations
- Identify strategic locations to set up battery swapping stations
- Conduct 'Gemba' (physical visit) of the locations and conduct feasibility study
- Prepare and present visit observations, analysis to Senior Management
- Achieve monthly/yearly station location targets
2. Business Analysis
- Identify new business areas/partners to increase the number of swapping stations
- Understand and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS summary reports to senior management
3. Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Technical, finance and Operations) to bring together business objective achievement goals
- Engage with external stakeholders such as OEMs, research firms and external vendors
