Honda e:Swap is a Battery as a service offering of Honda Power Pack Energy India Pvt. Ltd and is a 100% subsidiary of Honda Motor Co. Ltd.
Honda e:Swap offers Battery swapping solutions to EV users through Battery exchangers called Honda Power Pack Exchanger e: and EV batteries called Honda Mobile Power Pack e: (Honda MPP e:) products.

We, currently operate in Bangalore and New Delhi. Mumbai operation will be started soon
We have currently more than 80 stations with 170 BEx operational in Bangalore and plans to set up more than
170 stations with 340 BEx by the end of this year.
As well, we are planning to have 58 stations with 110 BEx in Delhi NCR and 22 stations with 44 BEx in Mumbai.

Yes, for the ease of operations same Honda MPP can be used for 2W and 3W across our stations network
Each Honda MPP comes with a 1.5kWh capacity and usable capacity is 1.31 kWh

It takes less than a minute to swap a batteries
Yes. Each battery will have a unique Identification number. Monitored by the cloud system.
We track all batteries usage history from Day 1 to the end of life.
Customer need not to purchase battery while purchasing a vehicle. Honda MPP will be lent based on separate agreement with HEID, along with the vehicle at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
Customer has to pay a one-time returnable security deposit of Rs. 2000 per MPP.

- Honda MPPs are water resistant and vibration resistant. Developed considering the severe Indian conditions.
- Optimal internal structure for effective heat releasing and avoiding cell damage from external shock
- No effect on resale value due to battery degradation after years of vehicle usage
Customer is not liable for warranty terms as the battery is owned by Honda.
However, HEID requests customers to handle MPP with the conditions to secure battery safety.
HEID has robust system to monitor the battery health conditions at regular intervals of minutes when the
battery is placed in the battery exchanger. Once battery is returned from vehicle every time battery exchanger will conduct health check-up. If any defect is found in the battery, the battery will be locked and will not be issued to any customer.
HEID has established environmentally responsible battery recycling system. HEID assures 100% recycling of
all the batteries as all the battery packs are owned by HEID.
Honda MPPs are not for sale. All the Honda MPPs are owned by HEID.
How to register
- Customer can opt for subscription by downloading the Honda e:swap mobile application and activate the
subscription after purchasing the vehicle. - Customer can call Honda e swap customer care for assistance and alternatively, customer can also seek assistance at the dealership.

Customer has to download the Honda e:Swap mobile application and complete the registration process. HEID
will deliver the Smart card to dealership. While delivering the vehicle, customer receives the smart card from the
dealership and will activate smart card by scanning the QR Code on smart card.

In case of battery / smart card issues: You can opt for the rescue service from the Honda e:Swap app or
customer support by opting for the recue service plan which is chargeable and our rescue assistant will reach
to you to help you.
In case of vehicle issues: you can contact the respective OEM dealer for assistance
In case of loss or damage please contact HEID customer care for replacement of smart card.
You need to exit the plan on mobile App or by informing to the HEID customer care and by following the steps.
New customer who purchases your vehicle need to register separately for the subscription by proving the
necessary documents.
