Now, HEID has informed the commencement of Honda e:swap services at the Hindustan Petroleum stations. Honda&#8217;s battery swap service started in the country on August 6th.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ed81b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ed81b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHEID was established back in November 2021 with an aim to support battery swap service in India starting with electric auto rickshaws. At the current stage, the service will be provided to rickshaw drivers enabling them to stop by at the nearest battery stations and swap the discharged batteries with charged ones.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00678d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00678d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe company also points out that the use of this service will reduce the initial cost of EV purchase. &#8220;HEID would focus on three actions, which are expanding its battery swap network in Bengaluru, ensuring the reliable service with a highly integrated system monitoring every unique battery and exchanger, and supporting vehicle manufacturers who are developing EV that utilizes Honda Mobile Power Pack e:,&#8221; said Kiyoshi Ito, President &#038; CMD, Honda Power Pack Energy India.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b8102c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b8102c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHEID and HPCL came together for signing a memorandum of understanding and commercial agreement back in February 2022.
