Honda deliver the Battery Sharing Services (BaaS) through Battery exchangers installed at various Honda e:Swap stations in city, all end to end operations (from customer onboarding – daily transctions – exchanger & battery health etc.) are being monitored through in house developed cloud based application. Candidate will be resonsible to monitor day to day operations as per the defined SOP’s (Standarad operating procedure). Below are key activities to be performed:

• Checking the status of all the stations as per defined SOP.
• In case of any error, follow the prescribed counter measure manual and execute the trouble shooting process. Trouble shooting process include coordination with field workers (FW) & Rescue worker (RW) using ticket system as well as telephonic conversation.
• Creation of the field report/incident report and share with relevant stakeholders (telecom partner, technology partner etc.)
• Sharing daily status as per the scope of daily reporting with senior management using data available in BI tool.
• Making the weekly operation status based on various data points available in BI tool and sharing with senior management to take the business decisions and making the strategy.
• Customer on-boarding process and monitoring the customer satisfaction level. Creating WoW factor among the user for Honda e:Swap Services by ensuring the minimum downtime & quick recovery.
• Must be flexible in working the early morning/afternoon shifts and weekend shifts.
• Should be proactive in follow ups with various partners to ensure issue resolutions is completed within the defined SLA.

Candidate need to coordinate with Indian & Japanese counterparts, hence excellent communications skills (both written & verbal) are required.
