Job Description
- Maintain bookkeeping, completion of month end activities including provisions, JVs, audit of trial balance, ageing reports, financial statements within timelines.
- Manage finance related activities of Company (like reporting, accounting, statutory, etc.) to ensure smooth business functioning and adherence to compliances.
- Streamline and improve existing systems/processes by benchmarking with Industry
best practices. - Maintain Fixed Asset records and periodic reconciliation of physical with register and their insurance.
- Maintaining various statutory compliances like Income Tax, TDS, GST, including reconciliation etc.
- Develop and Maintains financial and business policies, control, and reporting procedure.
- Monitor and maintain financial systems and processes by ensuring adherence to SOPs and prepare, reviewing & improving internal controls (SOPs) to achieve full compliance.
- Responsible for timely completion of all Statutory, internal, and other special audits by providing updated records, SOPs, clarifications/explanations etc. to audit queries.
- Business partnership across functions by leading, initiating and supporting initiatives to
optimize costs, prevent revenue leakage and adopt best practices. - Motivate Unit Finance team by undertaking training and evaluation in order to enhance
employee morale, commitment and productivity. - MIS reporting and maintain files

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- MBA or CA Inter with 5-6 Years of experience.
- Data Analytical Skills.
- Multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable to operate Microsoft Office applications.
- Having the eagerness and energy to handle task proactively and ensure all the company financial transactions are compliant. Mindset to work as team is essential.
- Experience in working with Tally or popular ERPs.
- Flexibility.
- Strong communication / Interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical background.
